Market Update for Appletree Point, Burlington

Having grown up living in the Appletree Point neighborhood, this community will always be special to me. I have great memories of riding my bike to a friends house and playing tennis with my sister on the nearby courts.

Located in the north end of Burlington on Lake Champlain, the community offers an association beach, tennis, basketball and park. Close to the extensive Burlington recreation path, biking in the summer or cross country skiing in the winter is an added bonus to living at Appletree Point. Downtown Burlington and its extensive restaurants, shopping, and dining is just a short drive away.
